Workday has a certifications program that tests skills on Workday products. Completing it lets you designate yourself as certified — but the path is not a public exam you buy yourself.
Who can get certified
- You get certified by being an employee of Workday or a Workday partner organization.
- Most partners require certification as a condition of employment.
- Workday or the partner pays for training, not the worker.
- New consultants typically attend Core HCM boot camp in the first month.
- Customer certifications branded Workday Pro are for employees of Workday customers, not independent contractors.
